I was very happy with how things went for this project. Tracey did a great job! This recruit was a bit out of the ordinary and it was handled really well. Tracey was also really great at keeping on top of the respondents throughout the running of the online community, we had a 100% completion rate which is fantastic. No complaints with how it went, would definitely use THN again!

Recently our client needed some truly
exceptional respondents to represent the face of a client brand and participate
in very detailed 6-hour ethnos. Our Gold Star community was the first
recruitment tool for the Project Manager.

Project Managers ensure that regular notes
are made on the panel database about respondents, and the true top tier of
respondents emerge quite smoothly. Project Managers will have their own memory
of particularly fabulous people, and this knowledge is shared so that when a
challenging project emerges, we have a pool of people to draw on, and engage
with to find the right one, or ones, for our client.
